St. Louis to Liverpool est le 7ème album studio de Chuck Berry, sorti en novembre 1964 chez Chess Records. Il marque un moment clé de sa carrière : c’est l’album qui accompagne son retour après 20 mois de prison et qui le remet au premier plan du rock’n’roll au moment de la British Invasion (Beatles, Rolling Stones, etc.), des groupes qui s’inspiraient déjà beaucoup de lui.

L’album rassemble principalement des singles sortis en 1964 et quelques titres plus anciens ou inédits. Malgré ce caractère un peu compilatoire, il est souvent considéré comme l’un des grands disques du rock classique, certains critiques l’ont même décrit comme "un des plus grands albums de rock’n’roll".

The seventh studio album by rock & roll master Chuck Berry, St. Louis to Liverpool was issued by Chess Records in 1964 and peaked at #124 on the US Billboard album chart, the first of his studio LPs to appear on the chart. Contains four of the five 1964 Chuck Berry charting singles : "No Particular Place to Go", "You Never Can Tell", "Promised Land", and "Little Marie". "You Never Can Tell" gained new fame after being danced by John Travolta and Uma Thurman on Tarantino's 1994 film Pulp Fiction.
